Before shipment, every ASOTO diesel power unit undergoes a comprehensive Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) to confirm full compliance with both customer requirements and ASOTO’s internal quality standards.

The FAT process ensures that all mechanical, electrical, and control systems perform exactly as designed. During testing, our engineers verify every functional and safety aspect of the unit under realistic load conditions.

Each test typically includes:

• Verification of assembly accuracy, wiring, and documentation.
• Step-by-step load testing up to nominal power with continuous performance monitoring.
• Validation of protection systems, control algorithms, and SCADA/HMI interfaces.
• Measurement of electrical parameters, fuel consumption, vibration, and temperature levels.
• Inspection of all safety devices and emergency shutdown systems.

Customers are welcome to attend the FAT either in person or remotely to witness performance results in real time.

Upon completion, a detailed FAT report is issued, containing all measurements, results, and certificates of conformity.
